BridgeTerm's Dictionary Generator is an indispensable translation tool for the creation of your own online dictionaries or user dictionaries, if you use a Machine Translation software.

Dictionary Generator can be used to create dictionaries in three different ways:

1. By using previously translated documents. Most companies have a huge amount of translated documents that represent an amazing source of terminology. Dictionary Generator can take advantage of these translations to create a User Dictionary.
   
2. By generating expressions from a source text before translating it. Dictionary Generator's Find Phrases function can be used to find semantic units in the text that are not in a User Dictionary. Once the translator has a list of missing semantic units, he can proceed with the terminology research and then feed a User Dictionary.
   
3. After making a draft translation, Dictionary Generator can be used to find out where the translation went wrong and fix it. By browsing from sentence to sentence, a translator can focus on one sentence at a time and then correct or feed entries in a User Dictionary.
   

The Core of Dictionary Generator relies on the Semantic Unit Search and Analysis Tool, developed by BridgeTerm. This feature easily locates repetitive phrases in a given text. It eases the process of finding and adding semantic units missing from a given source text.
