History
InfoGraffiti was founded in 1989 by Jean-François Richard as InfoGraffiti Enregistrée. Between 1989 and 1994, InfoGraffiti is mainly active in computer-assisted conception and by electronic publishing, accomplishing many projects and contracts in different fields, like mechanical engineering, cartography, architecture land surveying, printing and graphic arts.
During this period, InfoGraffiti produces, among other things, an automatic gear design software, a cartography interpolation software, the installation and technical support of computer-assisted conception equipment and of different kinds of hardware and software.
In 1994, InfoGraffiti adds telephony to its fields of action while pursuing its work in computer assisted translation. Working for clients such as federal and provincial governments or big businesses, InfoGraffiti develops, installs or integrates fax servers and interactive voice response systems. Concurrently, it develops an extremely efficient fax software. InfoGraffiti gets incorporated in 1994 while still working on computer-assisted translation. In this field, it creates a terminology management
software, a translation Application Programming Interface (API) and ensures the sale, training and technical support related to translation softwares developed by its partners. InfoGraffiti's services have been used by different government departments, translation companies and other businesses.
Today, InfoGraffiti resumes its activities in telephony and in computer-assisted translation, and its clientele is still increasing, including corporate and institutional clients as well.
